A Company led by a Woman for the Women.
At Mahaveer Enterprises we highly encourage women staffing as our 70% of workers in the factory are women. It is seen in most of the countries that gender equality has hardly been reached, but however, if we can create more opportunities for women then in the coming decades we may be able to reach so. The opportunity of education for women is even lesser where earning daily bread is more important than education.

Though our government from time to time has come out with options to educate more and more girl children than ever, many cannot enjoy the privilege of getting educated as they have to start earning their livelihoods from a very early age.

 So, we are absolutely against child labour but having said that we do help skilled or unskilled women workers by giving them training and showing them how they can make a better living. In other words, we train unskilled workers to become skilled workers and then also create the opportunity to earn their livelihood in our factories.

We have women in our factory from machine operators to packers but we highly take care of hygiene and carry out training sessions from time to time to uplift their skills at work. So in other words we are doing business but at the same time also generating employment for women.
